Gina's passion for real estate was ignited during her formative years in the vibrant Bay area of Northern California. Shortly after graduating, she embarked on her real estate journey, purchasing her first home at a remarkable age of 19. Collaborating with her father, she transformed their business, ultimately taking the reins of her father's company and rebranding it as G Baca Floors. With an entrepreneurial spirit, Gina expanded her investment portfolio, acquiring two additional properties within a mere four years.
Having honed her skills through years of business ownership and hands-on experience in home renovations, Gina's path led her to San Diego, where she ventured into the realms of mortgage lending and commercial property management. After 12 years her aspirations led her to the Northern Virginia metropolitan area of Washington, D.C. where she secured a position as a marketing coordinator with a custom home builder, swiftly advancing to the role of Sales Manager while ontaining her Realtor license.
With over 20 years in the real estate industry, Gina has honed a strong work ethic, exceptional communication skills, and expert-level negotiation. Her integrity and proactive approach have earned the lasting trust of clients and colleagues—qualities that not only define her professional reputation but guide every part of her life.
Throughout her career, Gina has led the transformation of countless homes, skillfully managing the renovation process while facilitating the closure of multimillion-dollar transactions in both resale and new construction. Her success can be attributed to familial support, innate intuition, a thirst for knowledge, and an unyielding passion for real estate.
In Gina's eyes, every achievement is cherished as a testament to her dedication and unrelenting pursuit of excellence.
