Gina's passion for real estate was ignited during her formative years in the vibrant Bay area of Northern California. Shortly after graduating, she fearlessly embarked on her real estate journey, purchasing her first home at a remarkable age of 19. Collaborating with her father, she transformed their business, ultimately taking the reins of her father's company and rebranding it as G Baca Floors. With an entrepreneurial spirit driving her, Gina expanded her investment portfolio, acquiring two additional properties within a mere four years.

Having honed her skills through years of business ownership and hands-on experience in home renovations, Gina's path led her to San Diego, where she ventured into the realms of mortgage lending and commercial property management. After 12 years her aspirations led her to the Northern Virginia metropolitan area of Washington, D.C., renowned as one of the most dynamic and sought-after housing markets in the United States. Here, she secured a position as a marketing coordinator with a prestigious custom home builder, quickly ascending to the role of Sales Manager through her unwavering dedication and exceptional abilities.

With over two decades dedicated to the real estate industry, Gina has fine-tuned her work ethic, cultivated remarkable interpersonal skills, and mastered the art of negotiation. Her unwavering commitment to integrity and her proactive approach set her apart from the rest, consistently earning the trust and admiration of her clients and colleagues alike.
